I think the DBP 2010 is supposed to be just about the best
I'm sure a few others may suggest that too.

from what I have heared Paul is quite right. I think you allready built the Miner 4? It is supposed to be a very interesting project, too.

Sorry for my english, i'm french, but i do myself the TINY to pulsdetektor and i think it's a good PI to build for beginner, the coil is easy to do and the TINY has a good performance.
I build also a "clone PI" with Uc and digital display, but i think the coil is too hard to do and the detector is too hard to use.

Miner 4 seems the best, but according to some posting the provided firmware is only for DEMO mode... Shocked
