Changing the Pot should not have been a issue unless it was shorted.  What did you do to R-43 ?

Hi.

I changed R43 to 100k resistor to get proper frequency, today I will measure the frequency on ne555,and will do a movie with the 2 pots.Pot witch 470r is working good and pot with 1k is burning ne555,about the treshold in auto mode i dont see working the pot but when i change to manula and I am touching the wires of the pot I get another sound in the speaker.

Your changes should be within the NE555's limits and functions good.   Looking at the schematic it looks like they are supplying the 555 with 24vdc.     It's only rated for like 15vdc.   On other Delta schematics it shows the same set up.

The output circuit is capable of sinking or sourcing
current up to 200 mA. Operation is specified for
supplies of 5 V to 15 V. With a 5-V supply, output
levels are compatible with TTL inputs.

What's with that ?   What voltage do you see between NE555 pins  1 and 8 ?

I notice on another Delta schematic there is no pot .

This detector project seems to have has a pile of issues.   Look around in here and you may find a  common problem.

What is the Ohms of your speaker ?  Something is pulling too much current.  Did you test the Pot to see it it's not shorted or something ?
