Hello everyone

As treasure hunters it seems that we cant prospect, Treasure Hunt in or near National Heritage Listed Land, Water, Islands ect.

National Heritage - what is it exactly?

Well it seems laws have been written to protect Sunken Ships, Land, all relics and so on. These laws can be found in the Heritage Act.

National Heritage Listed places or items are deemed so - so we are told to preserve it's Heritage. A government agency completes forms and lodges those forms to the National Heritage Organization. The NHO then proceed with their power to Heritage list by the given laws, by doing this they protect what ever was listed and lodged.

This in detail is a scam, All item's or places listed are investigated for potential monetary value. Once investigated the full strength of the Act is enforced.

The National Heritage Organization is operated by Volunteers but the commercial entity is the " European Union ".
