hi all and it is true America has laws and am sure this what have it on top of all countries these laws goes threw to the president the manager and or any individual.

Yes, we have laws but there are limits to what can be made illegal based on our Constitution. Congress can pass no law that is unconstitutional.

kabier2 that is how it appears. 'but' The only law that allowed us to prosper is the Constitution.

The laws that are in place now did not make the USA prosper.
Free enterprise for anyone willing to work hard was one part.
Cheap energy was another.
Competition trying to bring a cheaper, better product forward was another.
Innovation and using resources more efficiently due to competition was another.
this adds up to more jobs with more goods to buy at cheaper prices.
That is the way it was, but it is slowing down due to overburden from many sources.

actually thunting.com has ALWAYS had a place for political discussion----and since this topic should really be on that board, I'll move it there.

hi poptop and hi all the truth is America has the big resources of anything they need gold,oil,farming and tech. but look at other countries they may have near what you have but due to no laws governing ,their resources were in a few hands.and mind you these laws and Constitution you have in a long period.the north and south wars the cowboys and the mixecana and other states but when united and have federal law :prosperity:
