I think he would be foolish to lean way left. Being the first black president, I would think he would want to have a clean record. But the left is already demanding him to do what they want. I hope he does whats best for the country. We will have to wait and see.

Well= I think he will want to make a name for HIMSELF, we may all benefit , SOMEWHAT-(maybe) mainly because he is the first 1/2 African American- not mentioning his white mother, just trying for a credit to the african heritage, Might be things would get better, depends on HIS ambition and how HE wants HISTORY to portray HIM, like we all know=HE IS A POLITICIAN Wise

I think the billions that are not accounted for from all the bailouts is war chest money. Democrats were in power at the start most all major wars, so he will be a war president mainly. If he is killed in office, he will be remembered as the race war president as most major cities would be burnt to the ground. Huh?

Hello , It is too bad that over the years Mr. Bush made the choices he did . It is too bad that all the C.E.O's of almost every corporation that is suffering now , decided to keep bonuses into the billions , instead of re-investing on Product research and developement . It is too bad the Pharmaseuticals [Drug Manufacturer's] do not want a Nationwide Health Care System in the U.S. , It would reduce their profits , in the Billion's !!! I think Barrack will do good , after the economy has hit Rock- Bottom , Then there will be a Strong Recovery , And Barrack will take the Credit . Things will be good again , but nobody can predict the exact Time-frame of when !! This BAD-ECONOMY is a Huge topic and I do not want to upset anyone , more than they already are !! Other Thunting Member comments are welcome here !!!!! Eugene
