I don't think my critter gitters will ever get registered...."gee gummit dude guy, I sent that out in da mail 5 years ago when I got this here bang stick"..... or just but a couple feet of 8" PVC, couple o' end caps, bunch of gauze and cosmoline.....dig big,deep hole....add dirt..pack very well...add dirt...add OLD rusty cans and the like...add more dirt...replace sod...fertilize.  Grin

Inherent to the unalienable rights is the right and responsibility to defend those unalienable rights.  The first 10 amendments to the Constitution of the United States do not exist to grant the people certain rights, rather they exist as a formal recognition of rights the people all ready have as natural results of the unalienable rights mentioned in the Declaration of Independence.

Rightly or wrongly, we have suffered transgressions upon our unalienable rights for the sake of "peace and harmony", but when those transgressions reach the point of making it impossible for us to exercise our God-given right to defend our life and our liberty from anyone and anything (including our government) which would steal our life or our liberty from us, one must seriously consider how rapidly we are reaching the point of the last sentence quoted and whether we will continue down the path we are on until it is impossible for us to reverse the course.

No man and no group of men has a moral right to deny any other human being the means (tools) to defend himself no matter what those means are as long as that individual is not using the tools to attempt to steal the life, liberty, etc of another individual.   (Note, I said moral right, not legal right since our forefathers have ceded legal rights to certain weaponry already).   And since the greatest threat to individual liberty has always been the growth of the collective, it follows that the individual has a morale right to the same firepower as the state which would seek to his life and/or liberty.
