Go Up Go Down

I have found that there are those people out there that just want to know where to go get gold and not have to really do any of the work to find a place.  They think that if you give them permission once, then they have the right to go out when they feel like going without asking for permission again.  And they try to take over an area that does produces gold even though they do not have the right.  Homefire, Mrs. Oroblanco this type of person is in it just for the getting, what takes a person a long time to find the easy way.  Yes, there are those few that will thank you for the opportunity to go out to a place that has a claim on it from a newly acquainted friend and respect the opportunity.  But the most of them just go out and dig holes and make a mess, and this is why most people do not want someone on their claim.  Respect is a hard thing to find in some people and they don't give a hoot what they do as long as they are able to get what they want.  The people that do respect the opportunity normally will turn out to be a good friend for a long time or even life.  And will normally ask you for advice if they come across some land that they want to make a claim on and give you the opportunity to go on their claim and check it out and possibly get you to give them some advice on how to make the claim work even better.

Danny,  Your right.   Some people are bone heads for sure.

Lucky for me the people I have asked have not been Burned.

You can go to jail as fast a jack jumped over the Candlestick if you do this wrong.

Without Written permission IN HAND, your doing Mineral trespass.

Federal Offence.   You Can go to the Grey Bar Hotel.

This is why you always have the Kitchen Pass in your pocket.

Go Up Go Down

That is Great Advice, I am going to PRINT at least 10 and keep in my truck.  You never know when you might find someone on a site that is willing to share a small part of his ground. And if you have the form with you it could keep you out of BIG TROUBLE.  Thanks Again.
