HI all , I'm interested on information or usefull links / books about these goldfields in South Australia. From what i know of it they aren't the richest, or the big nugget type stuff of Vic and WA Cheesy  but probably not a bad prospect for the modern day prospector. Any help is appreciated
as i don't know much about this area   Cool

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Hi, You can get two good books from the Miners Den S.A at Salisbury. The history of mining in South Australia by H. Brown, it lists all mines, gold, copper etc. worked up to 1912. There is also another publication with maps of the prime detecting areas both books cost somewhere around the $20 each mark.
I am in Adelaide where are you?
Regards, Brian
