If i want to ride my bike i need  to learn about bikes and I'll have to get a driver license ,if i want to go hunting or want to collect weapons and ammunition i need to learn about weapons and ammunition and I'll have to get a "License to kill" ;-)

The shells stay on the shelves!

A license to kill yes you are quite right but don't you ever use that license mate. Guns and bullets have never killed anyone it's the man that holds it that does the job with or without a license look at how many people are killed on a daily basis in cars and they have a license well OK not all of them but 99.9% do (had) LOL ho well at least we can still build things to practice our hobby (metal detecting).

Have fun
Xavier
