Hi,

here a very surprising find because in the area i found it there were absolutely no fightings. Also it was the only WW2 find which i ever made there, i wonder how it came there.

It?s a close combat bagde in bronze. In fact it?s made out of zink and just coloured with bronze.

@tabdog
I found it in a forest far away from any bigger city, even the next small village is about 15 km away. There is no big road or railway in the area. There were no fightings at the war because war was over before the US Army arrived there. I was looking for some celtic finds but got surprised by that badge.

@Eugene52
In fact the value is not so high as you might expect. Combat badges in very good condition ( no detector finds ) are quite expensive but due to the mostly bad condition of detector finds you will get less money if you sell it.

Hay Willee,

I do not sell my relics, so I am not all that
concerned as to how much they are worth.

They are worth a lot to me,

Tabdog
