Hi johnnn are them bullet blanks that you found the same as i have found? I got a feeling theres a lot more things to come from the field ive go to do. I did also find a LARGE piece of copper looks like it could of been some type of bomb where the edges are all sharp and jaggedy but i not sure if bombs were made with copper? Here the pics im pretty sure they look VERY similar to yours!

Hi Lee,
Yes they are the same and yours are like mine, WW1 you must be at or near atraining site so you may get some badges go slowly.
I am coming over to the UK today for two weeks Essex "Loughton" area and I will be picking up my e-mails I also have a large farm to which I have access so I hope to post some pix from this farm.....HH........Johnnn

Hey these old rounds may not be blanks, but crimped rounds used for fireing rifle grenades.  Be more careful with these as I think they are more powerful.

Wow...must be a real downer to lose a site like that!! I have been fortunate that none of my sites have been built over....but I have done a ton of research only to eventually find the location of site, and upon visiting discover it is built over. Sad.
