Go Up Go Down

Here is a German WWII medal. As you can see it is very poorly / cheap made out of aluminium. The needle on the back is missing.

I should have added that it is a quite early Nazi medal dating back to 1933. It was handed out for celebrating 'Tag der Arbeit' which would translate to labour day. The men displayed resemble themes that also often be found on medal from the former Soviet Union. That's about the only Nazi memoriable I've ever found in Germany. Anyway I'm not into that stuff. From my knowledge most of i can either be found on ebay.com or in Russia nowadays  Tongue

Well you're not into the medal stuff, but how about the Nazi gold or the Amber room?

Ah! The Gold ... of course, that's something different   Cheesy

However I haven't figured out yet where to find it  Angry

In my personal oppinion the are around the so called Steinriegel (whoch is about 40 miles from wehre I live) may still hold lost WWII gold BUT there are plenty of people hunting there each summer ...

What you have is called a "tinnie"  There were 100s of differant ones given out to all that were at the "May Day" parades each year and for other events sponsered by the Nazi party

These are rather common in non-dug condition..however somewhat rarer when dug
Here is a link to some of the tinnies
