Heal America Walk

(1/1)

I just joined TH and am looking forward to becoming active. Wanted to let members know that on June 29, my husband started on his "Heal America Walk" -- travelling on foot from our home in Vermont to Washington, DC.  :o    He was ordained through the Living Waters Evangelistic Ministries (his ministry is non-denominational--simply Bible based).  I'm posting ongoing reports of his travels on my facebook page (Ann Duncan), including an interview with Vermont's CBS station. You can see the interview by googling:  wcax tv, Poultney Man Walks to Washington.  By the way, I'm a published author, with books featuring treasure hunters and Christian values, including positive messages about our American heritage.  Three are historical adventures with Johnny Vic, an 11-year old boy who has a metal detector that propels him back to meet the last person who touched the object he scanned (endorsed by a college history program director); and two thrillers for adults about treasure hunter--John Victor--who stumbles on murder and mayhem on his treasure hunts.  How'd I get the idea for Johnny Vic?  I found a spoon from the 1700's with my Fisher M scope 1212-X and wondered what it would be like to meet the person who dropped it in the woods in the middle of nowhere.  John Victor is based on my brother, John Victor Pulling, a treasure hunter with rights to gold mines in Alaska.  See them at You are not allowed to view links.
