Great collection, Tabdog!  Do you go out every day?

Also, did you look over that Masonic ring carefully?  There may be a map or clues hidden inside it, leading to piles and piles of top secret buried treasure!  lol

Nice collection Tabdog!

I have yet to find a diamond ring, but I'm hoping before the end of the season!
Thanks for posting the pics! Cheesy

Wow. That's some collection. Where did you find most of your gold rings? Beach sand? Beach water?

Hay Bareftnfl,

Most of um come out of tot lots.

The rest were swim beaches, swim
pools and parks.

Sorry I miss this when you posted it.

Tha Masonic ring is gold plated. That
is all I know about it. Did not see any
thing like that.

I hunt most days.

Probably 5 days a week.

Happy Huntin,

Tabdog

I know, this gold price is a great incentive for us gold hunters! I'm a newbie but I've been doing lots of research and live on a fairly remote section of the South African coast. Near where I live there is a point which has attracted about 15 shipwrecks over the last 400 years such as the treasure ship, an English East Indiaman called the Joanna (1682), from which they recently salvaged 23000 gold coins and a few hundred kilos of silver. When the wreck site was first discovered by Olaf Bergh he found bodies and gold coins washed up onto the beach. So I'm going hunting on the beach for "leftovers" Detecting
I mean, one single coin will pay for my detector 3 X over!
