You might have missed it but everyone here is saying that MOST platinum is not marked. That leaves a gap between MOST platinum is not marked and ALL platinum IS marked. It may still be platinum. Have a jeweler look at the one that tested positive. No harm in that. Might be lots in it for you.

The marking is sometimes removed by another
jewelrer when working on it.

If it aint marked, it aint marked wrong... lol
