Interesting find, could it be some sort of a medal with the hole in it.What location ( Country) did you find it? Take a rubbing of it  both sides with a paper over it using a pencil you might see the detail better... Happy Huntin..DW

It is a late Roman coin - a so called Follis. Possibly around 200 - 300 BC However it is an authentic (antique) fake. It should be all bronce seems to have an iron core. The Romans would produce fake coins having a cheapr iron coin hence saving on the precious metals.
