This would be a very handy item to use for exploring down to 20 meters without getting wet. Or down hole. Or a well. Or anyplace it would fit.

To find a leak under a house, I mounted a camera and an ultrasonic leak detector on an RC toy tank. We sent it into the crawlspace and between the two devices, found it in 10 minutes. Easy to fix once we found it. We saved hours and hours of crawling around aimlessly. Gas leaks can kill.

This looks terrific for underwater surveys down to 20 meters. I expect someone will modify one to go deeper. And maybe mount it on a remote controlled propulsion device.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.

Who knows, you might even get to explore the inside of a big fish.

I guess I waited too long. Out of stock! Nothing like an underwater camera that looks like bait! But I still want one. Reminds me of when I was being towed on the outer reefs looking for signs of a shipwreck. Bait.
