I spent many years searching for shipwrecks and found a few.
Now I am too old to go out on the ocean and dive.
There are a few very interesting shipwrecks that we found, but we never had a chance to excavate.
Three are well documented shipwrecks from famous pirates, from the 17th century. These are not treasure galleons, but in the historical sense thy represent an immense treasure of information of how the pirates and buccaneers lived.
The fourth shipwreck is not far from one of the pirate wrecks but is not identified yet. There were at least 2 bronze cannon, I took pictures of these, and a few iron cannon, all of small caliber.

These wrecks are still there. Waiting......

I would like to post some pictures of artifacts from the pirate shipwrecks.
How do I do that?

When you reply or make an original post, you have to enter the full editor. When replying, use the Reply button at the top right of the message block. When making an original post, the full editor comes up by default.

In both cases, a full editor screen with a place to add attachments (which is located at the bottom of the screen) will appear. This allows you to add pictures or other files up to a maximum of 1000kbytes or 1mbyte per file. It also allows you to add emoticons, change text, add tables and so forth. Don't go too crazy with the text and colors though. Makes things hard to read sometimes.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.
