Hello,
Argee here back to treasure hunting (Underwater Archeological Exploration and Excavation). I've discussed in my post the recent underwater excavation of a probable VOC Ship (Dutch or English East India Company (EIC) Ship) because of the presence of copper plates bearing the Insignia of EIC.
A Ship's bell was lifted and have the following Inscription " VAN TOMAS ANTONIS Z IAAR 1722 DEN 24 April..." I will try to attached even 1 image of the bell. Can anybody share inputs about the Bell. Up to now we have not identified the name of the shipwreck but it is probably the "ANSTHRUTHER".
