I must say I enjoyed the series very much, watching all that they recovered. esp, the recovery of the cannons. ( something I have always wanted to find! ) its a shame that when
others go thru all the time and trouble to locate something and find it, that what ever country the ship came from they want to claim all the treasure. In my opinion its been lost for so many years, they did nothing to try and locate it! The find should go to the locaters in this case OME. I do hope that OEM wins there cases in court. Best Wishes....Rob

I  would  Persume with all the court case's going  on for the  Odyssey  team ,,And the overhead to run such a large operation would be very costly and quite possibly be the reason for some loss of profit ,But i do not have access to the book's of Odyssey

Hi Cornelius,
I would be very interested in what Doc has to say on this subject, For what we see on television is not always what it seems. As I had stated in an earlier post, I cant understand how they have a loss when they have found so much treasure, But I still stand on the principal that if someone finds something that has been abandonded by its native country, and they have done nothing to retrive it, sunken ships, or whatever, it should go to the person who recovers it and who has done all the work and research. These countries who lay claim to what others have researched and found is just not right and in my opinion they should not be entitled to anything unless the the recovering team wishes to return it and be compensated and more for doing all the work. Again this is just my opinion. Best Wishes,, Rob

Hi Outback,
I understand ,, You are right it is really neat what they did find thats for sure!
I like you may never find what they did, But I'll never stop looking  my personal belief is that if you look long enough and determined anything is possible.,,,
As Always Best Wishes.. Rob
