Don't confuse your activity level with your number of posts.   Activity level goes up to 100 dependent on your posts and then starts going down if you do not post regularly.   Once you start posting again, the activity level also goes up.   

The number of posts is what determines whether you are a "full" member or not.   And there are restrictions on what type of posts count (i.e. posts to New User and Birthday greetings do not count).  Also, if you are caught "spamming" the boards just to up your post count, your count will be reduced accordingly (NOT something that you are guilty of RingerFinder7).
