Indexes are corrupted again and my guess is the site's going to crash again within a few hours.  It's pretty easy to tell when it's coming.  I know you guys do a great job of getting it back online as soon as you can, so I won't bother with the annoying lectures about how to keep it from going down in the first place.

LoL!

Nope. I use them to automatically re-index large databases on a timed basis. That way I can sleep at night instead of having my phone page me for a down system.

Well I'd venture to guess that if you check your smf_sessions table right now, you'll find a lot of overhead on it.  I'll shut up now.

LOL... no cooks here... just problem solvers.  Cron jobs are definitely the issue.  The RSS feed cron job is scheduled to occur twice at the identical same time, and set to occur every fifteen minutes.  This is wreaking havoc on the database.  Locks are being contested and indexes are being corrupted on a regular basis.  Don't ask me how I know.   It's like the secrets of the lost mines... I just know.  I've repaired your indexes and everything should be okay for a few days Wink
