If you want to see caves, voids, tunnels and do geophysical surveys, I can offer you very good device,

which is made in USA by GSSI, GEM-300.

It`s an old device, but better than any new OKM,Nokta and so on.
It can`t catch small objects, but if big cache has a contrast from the ground, you will be able to see

it on Surfers`s Contour Map.
It has multi frequencies which penetrate the ground for different depth, max depth with 375 HZ in

perfect ground is 10 M(with my experience. In manufacturers manual 15-20 M),  and half depth in high

resolution mode.
It`s 3-4 times faster than GPR, and sometimes the only way to do survey due rugged, stony and grassy

terrain, because you have to clean the place to do GPR surveys.

Ready to trade with used Lorenz Deepmax Z1.

Here is the paper with GSSI GEM-300 surveys.

It's all about that moment when metal that hasn't seen the light of day for generations frees itself from the soil and presents itself to me.
