I heard these two machines are very impressive . The Vista Smart operates at 15 Khz and the Vista Gold runs at 25 Khz. Made by Deeptech.BG. Both had great field test results and beat many top of the line metal detectors made in USA, costing much more !!  Anyone on this forum have a chance to test one yet ??  Please let us know .
Best Regards............Eugene

Some of the detectors coming from across the seas are looking good but some that look deep are ONLY good in moderate ground and bad in hot ground so beware.  shortribs

Hello shortribs.  A lot of us already know that many metal detectors are built poorly, even here in the USA.  A lot come from China and work terrible. But some are worthy to be checked out real good.  Whites, Minelab and many major metal detector companies sell many low end metal detectors to make it affordable to many on a budget. And we know these low end metal detectors will pass right over some real good finds. So its nice to find a good priced new machine that hits the good stuff !!  That's why we ask others on the forum if they have actually used or tested a specific model.  Hope we hear more on new metal detectors coming out on the market.      Regards.....  Eugene

Thanks Eugene  yep I've been looking and evaluating the foreign detectors for a couple years and my friend has a Blisstool and a vista but I noticed the other day about what they said in small print about their detectors and how they react in hot ground when they throw about 5-6 detectors against each other and show results then you can tell what is what I was going to purchase a couple but after reading about the throw back with hot ground I backed off for a while, not saying they don't look good or quality,  it just hit me with the effects of hot ground with some of them as I have fairly hot ground here in sw, Missouri (rocky) however some of them are very impressive in depth in their ground. Been using some Pulses the  last yr or so  and each version has its good and bad,I'm glad theyre coming out with new ones makes it interesting.   shortribs  in water logged Missouri
