                                 I havent worked out why they havent designed a golf club detector that you can detect your golf balls that you plunk in the lake  or loose in the long grass . of course the golf ball would have to be designed to have some sort of metalic content as well. or some sort of sender .

They could start putting metal shavings in the balls so that thay were easier to find. LOL nice topic.

metal shavings is a good idea and they wouldnt add a significant amount of weight either.
