Just received my new Tesoro TigerShark from Kellco , Anyway this unit is the new hardwired type with a 10" coil. Just Field tested it outside in red clay mud.
In 1 hr it recovered the following: 1974 Dime 8ins deep, 1982 Dime 4in deep, Beer can 9ins deep, Which was as old as the home built in 1950, Toy gun 2in wide 3 ins deep, 10 pennies 1961 to 2002 ave 3 to 6ins deep. I am going to do more testing this week in fresh water. And later next month do beach testing. ++ so far good sound , light weight, easy to ground balance unit --- so far 1. hardwired, the headphones are very hot on your head and they can,t be disconnected 2. no coil cover made for the 10 1/4 unit. Grade as of to day B++. Will post more test soon.
