Go Up Go Down

I was just very pleased when I received an e-mail from Tesoro:

After many years of operation my good old Tesoro Toltec II stopped working for no obvious reason. As I've had lots of bad luck over the past few weeks it came as no surprise to me.

However I remembered that Tesoro used to have a life time warranty on their older machines and thus send them an e-mail asking if they might be able to fix.

Tesoro replied to me that they will fix it for free and that they pay even for the return shipping within the US!  Cheesy

I think this is an amazing customer service and would like to thank Tesoro for this great deal. Instead of trying to sell you a new machine they will really care to fix your old one. Very honest and kind!

I'm sure my next machine will be another Tesoro.

Thanks again Tesoro.

Christian

That's why
Tesoro has caught the attention of so many.  Between thier warranty and the performance of thier equipment you just can't beat a deal like that.

Along with the great warranty that Tesoro offers as well as the performance of the equipment I've heard from a few different people that tesoro detectors hold a very good trade or resale value compared to other brands.    Although with a warranty and performance like that i imagine that there are quite a few users that wouldn't sell theirs for anything.

they hold their value better than any brand i know.i just sold my orginal silver saber and silver saber plus and almost got what i paid for them new.i still have six others.plus a few of the older garretts.the older ones seem to pick through trash and discriminate better than the new ones.my cortes is a great machine but it is so sensitive it pickes up a lot of interference easier than the older ones.

Well, I have also had one of their older machines which was a Toltec 100. But I think that its successor the Toltec II is less sensitive to interference. The Toktec 100 could get very noisie so that I had to turn down its sensitivity.

While Tesoro has only improved the design of their housings etc. a little - they still look kinda cheap compared to other brands - I must say that the design of the circuit boards is very advanced and professional. I guess that is also why they warrant a life time warranty.

I think it is great to have a machine that still sells for close to waht it cots new due to its quality.

Looks like a lot of people on the board are using Tesoro.

I have just ordered my Lobo Supertraq and am looking forward to seeing how well it works in the field.
