Have a Toltec 100 that is acting erratically and will send it in soon. Anyone have an idea on turn around time for repairs? Going to AZ in a couple weeks and don't want it sitting on my porch for days.

OK to answer my own question, it took about 2 weeks from the time they recieved the machine to send it back. Gave me 2 new coils, and a new lower pole and recalibrated the machine to the new slightly smaller coil. Works great and is back finding those deep coins and jewelery. Still amazed at how well this old Toltec 100 works. Goes deep and not too much interference. Can't say enough about the warranty. Thanks Tesoro for standing behind your product in the most generous of ways.

That's what keeps customers loyal.Sounds like Tesoro is one great company.Thats why I recently bought one.Good customer service has recently  really went downhill.I am so glad to hear of a company that will step up to the plate for their customers!!
