Ok...we all have heard about how great the tiger sharks are and have even heard a little about how great the sand sharks are.  Looking at the Tesoro product comparison chart you can even see for yourself that they are both very good units.  From what I've heard from everyone both units have good depth.  Seems like the main difference between the two units is that the sand shark is PI while the tiger shark is not.  My question would be that if a person is not concerned about wet salt sand or black sand what is the benefit of the sand shark?  Seems to me that if a person was not going to do much black sand hunting or even wet salt sand hunting that the tiger shark sounds like machine for a water hunter to go with. 

Let's get someinput here guys.  Did I miss something or what am I forgetting??

acually the Tiger Shark does much better in salt water it has a Salt Mode that was the shortcomming of the sandshark years ago
