can anyone of you please help me? does a oscioloscope programs the sine wave of the surf pi?can i make it work without a oscioloscope?what is the use of oscioloscope?

No you do not need an oscilloscope. A PI detector dose not have a sine wave, it has pulses and it looks like a square wave on an oscilloscope. What I have just told you will answer your last question.
