military style pants with lots of pockets--and a 5 gal. bucket to sit on --works for me

I use a Military issue "war belt" with the "H" harness shoulder straps.  You can carry canteens, of which I carry four, on them and you can get all different kinds of pouches for them.  For me it seems to keep everything in one place and it hangs on the back of my seat when I'm not using it. GEE... Thank you for the info!!! I usually wear a belly bag and a pair of pants with lots of pockets.  Great idea and with the weather getting cooler, it will keep you warm as well. Great ideas from everyone!

Well, my husband referrs to it as a large suitcase!!! But yes, I do carry one. I wondering where I have the "baby tote" we used when the youngest was little... That would work well also... You all have given me a few ideas....
