Does anyone here have a contract blank they would share with me to use between a Land Owner and myself(Treasure Hunter)?

Thanks in advance

It depends on what kind of hunting you are doing. A simple contract for coin shooting someones front yard can  be typed up on your PC in a few minutes. It just needs to state that you TH will not damage any property etc. and what if any the split will be made.
A contract for bottle hunting or dump digging will be much more complicated and its a good idea to show the owner you have medical insurance as that the worry of many owners.
Cache hunting is best handled by a lawyer. Even the best contracts will in up in court if a small cache is found greed is a bad thing.

When hunting tot lots or churchs I contact the minister or the local camber of commerce via email, and print off there approval.

I've found written Contracts turn off some hunts.   Better to Invite the Property owner to be part of the process.  Put a Detector in there hand telling them you have as good a chance as I do !

We divvy up at the end of the day.  Being The owner he / she gets first picks.  Any one worth hunting with again will let you have your share.

If it Involves a Gold Claim, Major find, then yes.

That would be looking at 40/60  60 to the land owner.  My Equipment, My Time, My Efforts, our find.  Written in 6Th Grade English, Signed and Notarized.

Just a yard, old house, I would rather just have the fun and find the goods.
