WOW! Haven't seen a KFC in a while either! I'm sure they are around, I just normally don't eat food that I did not prepare, so I don't pay too much attention to fast food joints. I still get cravings for the good 'ol fashioned grease-burger from the local truck stop every now and then, though!

Yes, but in most communities it is maintained by the landowner.  It is always wise to get the landowner's permission, even if it is owned by the city!
