10/03 AM Beach Finds

Rolled out this AM to the beach for 2 hours ... Was hoping the surf was going to cooperate but she was just to rough for this good 'ol boy ... Back to the car, grabbed the Whites MXT 300 and played in the sand. Looks like every other mofo and their brother decided on the same ... Scored a 56 'd wheat cent, some clad, couple of arcade tokens, and a semi working cell phone and called it a day.

I'll bet that lead sinker really sounded off good.  On my machine a big piece of lead will read GOLD and my heart starts beating faster thinking of all the things I'm going to do with all that money ha.  At least you are working your way up to having enough change to buy new batteries.  This hobby is the only one I ever had that makes money instead of spending it.  I knew a fellow detectorist years ago that found a womans ring worth about ten grand...so keep at it, treasure is out there.
