I never thought finding a watch would be a big deal, but then again I don't wear them. Mainly due to destroying everyone that I ever owned.

If I find one I will be in strict look out for a Tag or Rolex!!!

I own 3 Tag watches and they all are super durable, dig with them and have bashed the bezel and crystal numerous times without a scratch.
I hope you keep it, it should size fine if you make the link adjustments and will perform well in any condition water, sand etc.

BTW use Flitz polish to get the scratches off the bezel.
It won't hurt the Finnish.

Could this old coot ask if you had thought about averting in the "Lost & Found" section of your local fish wrapper, the owner might want it back. Unless that is he has collected insurance on it in which case it's yours free and clear.
