Pretty cool token considering Stewart was making speedometers all the way back to the turn of the 20th century

I haven't done any test. I didn't know there was a way to test I'm really an armature when it comes  to meteorites I have a few rocks that registered nickle that I have found in the Fields. Do you know how to test or a site for testing possibly?

redrain, don't know any absolute tests either but the following tests are used to separate earth minerals: Red streak on white plate=hematite, gray or black streak magnetite. attracted to a magnent magnetite or iron, iron filings stick to it, magnatite. These are the most likely earth minerals. Heat a few grains of nonmagnetic rock to red heat cool them and they are attracted to a magnet= iron bearing mineral like hematite. hope this helps.gambol

Having it sliced, polished and acid etched can help to ID it. Having shown as nickel helps in a general way, but if you know any one who works for a metals testing company can clinch it. Does "look" off though. Maybe check to see if you have a gem and mineral society near by. They could probably help.
