Had a great time doing a lot of detecting today. I went out to three places today.
- My 1st park: First dog tag! Two dimes and 8 pennies.
- My 2nd park trip I got my FIRST GOLD! As well as 3 dimes and five pennies. Well, I'm guessing that it's just costume jewelry, but still pretty awesome. The pendent looks like it's Jesus.
- Third place: Got permission to hunt on private property - but got skunked there - nothing but this strange 2" tube like thing I'm thinking that it has a screw-on cap but can't tell for sure.

   Check the Clasp on the chain for any markings. The tube thing looks like a Match Box More like a Lip Stick.

Nice finds Zul!  Congratulations on your firsts!  I have a tube thing like you found.  Mine has a cap on it and it is a fishing kit.  No pole, but the tube contents included several hooks, some light fishing line and small lead sinkers.  Have to see if I can find it now!
