Great day in Virginia, beautiful weather and energy to hunt. I had a good hunt finding 3 silver dimes, 2 silver quarters, about 4 dollars in change, a Minnie ball, 1 military button and a fake ancient coin. Half of the clad coins were found yesterday. The silver coins were found using a 4.5 x 7 inch coil on my SE Pro Minelab detector, a great combination in trashy areas.

Nice going John!
I had the same total on Saturday. Three Washington's, one Rosie, one Merc and a small ladies silver ring. I don't know about you, but days like that don't happen very often. We'll get spoiled if it happens again.

Thanks BA................You're right I haven't been here on the forum for awhile, one of the reasons for not posting was because it had taken so long to go thru a post etc..I don't have high speed internet and that makes it even worse. Thunting seems to be faster now and that's good since I don't have a lot of time to spend on the net.....Thanks to Mike and Arfieboy for their comments.........Hopefully I'll be popping in more frequently as time permits.
