Here's one of the Reales and a few unidentifyable early copper coins.

Cool beans!

I'm rather confident the copper closest above the quarter is a George II or George III halfpenny.

The other two questionable specimens, if their color is right from the photographs, appear to me to look like they could be billon, rather than plain coppers. (Billon coinage is comprised of an alloy made of silver and copper.)  Which would lead me to believe, also pursuant to their size, that they could be French New World Billon coinage, possibly Mousquetaires (30 Deniers) or Sou Marques (24 Deniers).

Are these two coins unusually thin in comparison to the other copper above the quarter?

I've attached a few photos of French New World specimens from my collection in case it's helpful...

Have seen a couple coins from the 1600's, but French not American.

Right, yet I'm a little confused by your reply (if you were replying to my enquiry) Huh?

French New World issues aren't American, they're French, and were minted in France for use in the New World.

So are the planchets for those two unidentified specimens you posted thinner than a copper halfpenny?

Unsure what the coins are. I did not get you're comment correct. Unsure of the answer, sorry.
