Too hot to do land so into the drink.  had not done this lake for about a week.  On the bottom, not in the sand were the 3 hooks shown above.  Who in the halibut could be so careless.  No quota and the ring is a junker as is the bangle.

Of course to promote  us detectorists I made a point of showing the dangerous items to them and got a nice "Thank you."  PR opportunity that  I always make a point of taking to promote our hobby!
