Could be gold... could be not. At last I found my first ring today. Funny

plus a couple of modern clads. Detecting

Spare a couple of hours before picking up the kid at kindy by a small park by a river.
Has to verify whether the ring is gold or just a piece of fine metal.It has a small hole bored to it, i suppose where the stone used to sit. It's missing.

It's a ring alright but it doesn't look much like gold from the pic. But it's still a ring and still a good find!

The verdict of my find, definitely a gold band... Rider

got it cleaned up a couple of hours ago and the shine was just brilliant. I wonder it really must be pretty when it was new. It still is now.
