 [detecting]the coinshooters club in san diego is having a beach hunt in mission beach ca tomorrow.  low tide is around 1pm, lots of beach to hunt.....weather wise its will be in the mid 60s and a bit cool on the beach, so a long sleeved tshirt in necessary.....ill report back after the hunt....

well the temp. was in the mid 60 with a brezze blowing, some bikini s were there, lots of blue sky and very f
ew cloueds....20 club members showed up for the hunt......totals were about 130 coings, nothing old, 4 rings, 2 match box cars and some junk....my finds were 2 new dimes and i quater.....

Well, not bad for the time of the year...

You could improve your results on the beach by using the larger Rhino coil for the 250, the coverage is better, so the depth.

for beachcomer.....looks like rhino makes 2 different size coils for the garrett, a 6x9 and a almost twice that size.....which would be better and why...
