Well today i finally found something besides coins and Junk. I found and old Old Timer pocket knife, a cheap bracelet, part of an ear ring, a cheap ring, part of a pair of sunglasses, a lighter, a pencil, a battery, $3.64 in change, and the usual Junk. Still no gold and diamaond rings though. Sad I am really starting to like this little Ace 250. Sure glad now i decided to keep it.

Nice finds! I got my Ace250 in April and really loved it! Being my first machine, I had nothing to compare with, but read alot about the various detectors before I bought. The ACE always had great reviews...as well it should!
Happy hunting! Smiley

That makes me want to get out more,
but it is so hot here, I can not last long.

If you keep going like that, gold will be
found soon.

There is a lot of cheep jewelry, and just
a little gold. Some of the silver jewelry
is real nice too.

But, there are so many things we can find,
it makes it so that we get out of it what
we put in.

In a manor of speakin anyway,

Tabdog

Yep, it is always fun. The anticipation when you first get a signal as to what it will really be once dug up. The thrill of the find after digging it. Even a pull tab or screw cap lets me know that at least the machine is doing what it is supposed to do and i am the one that needs to learn to understand it.

Thanks. I am thinking about getting an Excelerator DD 10x14 coil for the Ace to see what that does. Not sure if it would be a big improvement over the Garrett 9x12 though?
