From the land of the Bluenose.....another early start to avoid the heat. This time we explored more of the lowered lake which seemed littered with 3 ringers, musket balls and a variety of other projectiles.
The going was rough and at one point I thought I had lost ND to the mud. Man did he have to struggle to get out. Looked as bad as a deer caught in a set of headlights...me I would have been still stuck in the mud!
Shortly thereafter Navy Davy hit the honey hole which netted him 5 silver coins as well as a copper and big 5 nickel. What a glory hole!
