With reference to the un-named photo that is 238.5KB in size (the one with the 4 Chinese characters on it), it is upside-down. You can use Picasa to rotate it clockwise 180 degrees such that the character which comprises of 5 lines is at the 6 o'clock position. Read the following in that orientation.

Character at 12 o'clock position: YONG, meaning harmonious
Character at 3 o'clock position: TONG, meaning overall/coherent
Character at 6 o'clock position (the one which comprises of 5 lines): ZHENG, meaning positive
Character at 9 o'clock position: BAO, meaning treasure.

I do not know what the 2 stylized squiggles represent in the photo that is 303.59KB in size.

In all probability what you found is one of those "feng shui" coins. These ornamental coins are usually hung at the main entrance/doorknob of the house in order to attract wealth and prosperity to those who live there.

Your coin appears to resemble one I saw that was listed under the section: Emperor SHIH TSUNG AD 1723-1735
reign title: YUNG-CHENG, AD 1723-1735

I found an older Chinese cash coin last year and looked it up using this site:

lung

The symbols look like they match but the border on the edges appear thin on your coin. I'm no expert on these things but thought you might want to check it out.

Your research is impressive Black 651.  The only difference that I can see from the pics is the bottom right side of the two sided image is not as largely curved.  I have to wonder what the difference might infer.

The pic that I refer to has the this text to it's right

S-1453, "BOO CIOWAN" (Board of Revenue mint). The Manchurian mint name translates to Pao-Ch'uan, or "The Fountain head of the Currency".

If it is indeed a coin like this one, I have never found anything even close to this date.

  Nice one bud.
