I'll bet yur out of luck.

That could be from anywhere.

You could see if tha local paper

has a free lost and found.

I found a 1947 college class ring.

I was never able to ID tha owner.

School records were lost.

Happy Huntin,

Tabdog

Hi, I am curious as to what the VDI range is for class rings.  Also, does the size of the ring alter the VDI number?

Thanks, Kathy

class rings are often in the vdi range of nickles and pultabs --the exact vdi numbers can vary by the machine you use ---but what ever pulltabs and nickle ring up as on your machine vdi wise --class rings should be close. ---if your not digging pull tabs and nickles most likely your missing gold rings. --the metal conductivity range for all 3 items is similar -- thats how the machine "picks" what vdi number to displasy --by the conductivity level.
