How many times have you found a matching pair of earrings? My very first today in a new park. Goto go back again. Haven't checked metal type yet but probably are costume jewelry.

A bad day at gold prospecting or metal detecting is better than a good day at work.

Good Stuff.   Ear Rings look like they could be Silver to me.  Heard about a pile of Ear Rings being found.  Most are Pocket or Purse Spills.  Contrary to Popular Thinking, Girls like the Role in the Hay too.

i think they are costume earrings nickel or silver plated.
test them with a magnet see if they will stick to it.

Gentlemen, the verdict is in. Cheap costume jewelry. Brass coated tin. Had an idea that is what it was when I saw the rust.

Carl, I know at least one member of our local club who would be jealous.....she is the queen of the single earring (and I'm not talking about my wife).

Some pawn shops will pay you for the gold in them.

Use to have a friend melt the gold ones down and sell off the gold to a local pawn shop.

Congratulations Dusty Carl!  I've found a lot of single earrings, but never a set.
