Greetings from Minnesota! It's been more like summer now, the temps are high and so is the humidity! Got in several hours of hunting, found some new spots, revisited some old ones.
Finally got my 12.5" coil and am anxious to try it out. Added some weight to my machine, so I'll probably go thru the soreness again! Hopefully this weekend my group of explorers are going to scope out some new areas...it's always fun no matter where we end up!

Some of my treasures don't measure up to what alot of you folks are finding, but I'm sure I'm going to find that cool treasure here in Minnesota ...some day! hehe Cheesy

Found more tokens, 2 at one site and the other one turned up miles away at another site.I'm posting those in the tokens section if ya want to take a look, both appear to be modern.

Anyways, hope you all have much success in extracting the booty from mother earth! Great

Those finds are better than nothing. Some people find nothing but junk, and get so discouraged and quit. Not us, we stick to it and keep on learning, and then start to find the goodies!! Keep at it!! Cool

Thanks everyone! I'm certainly hooked on the hobby and can't see getting discouraged anytime soon! It is almost too hot now to hunt, and I'm itching to get out there. I can't imagine what it will be like once winter hits..... Sad

Farmdigger, still waiting to go on a hunt with ya...I'm trying not to dig all the good stuff before you get out here! Grin

It actually feels like summer here in Minnesota. Crazy humidity and hot temps are the norm for July but fortunately it hasn't been to bad untill now. I wonder how those PGA golfers are enjoying it over in Chaska . I'm guessing they weren't expecting this coming from Minnesota! But regardless of the weather I felt like Tiger was going to dominate either way. So far I'm right. Enough about golf.........(don't even really follow it much)............. thanks for the look!
