[clapp]keys pirate, It sounds like you may have had two targets in the same hole. Happens a lot. You get an unsteady coin response and you dig and find a pull tab. But when you remove the pull tab you get a steady coin response. I always recheck after the target is removed to see if there is another target. A rusty nail and a coin will do it too.

Nice ring! and lol at your reply to the girl. I hunt alot in the ghetto areas here because it has the oldest homes that are abandoned. The whole area is a crime ridden hell hole, but a gold mine for a detectorist. I get lots of questions and just show them a pouch full of trash and pennies and keep moving. Havent had any real trouble yet, but some of my digging tools I carry would make great deadly weapons, and I make sure I have my long drywall saw (for cutting plugs) in y hand if I smell anything fishy lol

@ avision4u2liveby ,    Damn Vision , sounds like you better watch your back where you hunt ! Now I feel a little safer in the water with the gators and sharks ! LOL. Looks like you come up with some interesting finds though ! I just located a ghost town about 30 min. from my house. So , maybe I'll find some cool ,old relics and coins out there. If I can ever tear myself away from the beach , that is !
                         GL and HH !
