Go Up Go Down

Hello all. I got my new detector lastnight and couldnt wait to get it out today. Unfortunitly I only had a few hours because I was invited to a pig roast a few weeks back and I said I would go so that was today. I hit a small church dating back to the 1890's. The ground balancing on this machine is a bit weitd and it is hard to pinpoint with but I will get used to it. The good thing is that this machine gets impressive depth. I did a 50 Square foot area and found 2 wheat cents 1909 non s or vdb and a 1913 D. Then walked it again and found nothing. Then I "Super Tuned" the machine as stated in the manual to get max depth and walked it for a third time but this time I found this 1902 Barber dime in very nice shape at about 11 inches. The dirt I think was not the original dirt though it was nice top soil type dirt. Not bad have to work out the bugs but so far not a bad detector. Gotta say I like the Lifetime warranty. What do you think?

All new machines take time to learn..I don't go by air tests myself.

Nice finds.  I especially like the barber dime.  I'm sure once you get used to it the new machine will work great for you.  It does sound like you will be making plenty of deep recoveries.

Good luck.
